What is Email Marketing?

Email Marketing offers you the means to contact your client directly by emailing a newsletter, product changes or any other information to existing and/or new clients.

Your contact list is fully managed by our software and we can give you the source code or add it to your site whereby people can subscribe and unsubscribe to your email newsletter from your website.

The major advantage of the system is that it tells you what your emails spam score is before you send it and it tells you which words have a high spam score offering you the oppertunity to make the changes before you send helping ensure that your audience receives your emails.

Our software fully complies with South Africa’s Consumer Act. Should you however wish to make use of our services then please ensure that your clients have subscribed to your newsletter. We recommend that on your next email newsletter send that you add a portion of text that says the viewer is listed on a database and should they no longer wish to recieve your emails that they unsubscribe.

What are the costs involved?

This depends on numerous factors such as do you want us to create your newsletters and maintain the whole system for you with a full report back feature or do you wish to do this yourself?

The amount of email credits that you purchase will also determine the cost as the more newsletters you send the cheaper it bocomes per newsletter.

Our packages start from 1c per email making this the most cost effective way to stay in contact with your clients.
